The library benefits new and experienced agents with appropriate courses for all levels. You can sort courses by credit hours, or topic.

The online learning experience is a self-paced program accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program offers clear explanations and concept illustrations. There is visual interactivity in the form of animations, interactive graphics, dynamic review exercises, and diagnostic exams ensures understanding of each unit in the curriculum.

Each voucher's code supplies you with unlimited access to the above-mentioned online CE courses for one year from the date you first enter the voucher code into the website.

How Does Online CE Work?

  1. Select format
    • Purchase a course online or by phone, fax, or mail. Shortly after purchase, you will receive a login and password via email.
  2. Access your course and exam
    • Enter your login and password information. An Account Page is displayed. It contains two icons: a Course icon and an Exam icon. Select the Course icon and study whenever you like! Stop studying and return to the course as many times as you’d like.
    • Complete the exam
      • All Insurance CE exams contain 50 questions
      • Three hours are given to complete the exam.
    • When you answer the last exam question, you have the choice to
      • Resume Exam (go back and check your work).
      • Grade Exam (select when you are ready).
  3. Grading
    • Select “Grade Exam” and your score will appear onscreen within minutes. When you score 70% or higher, BISYS will mail you (via U.S. Mail) a Certificate of Completion. You are responsible for submitting the certificate to the state Department of Insurance, as required.
    • BISYS reports the results to the state Department of Insurance. If you fail, you can take the exam two more times, using the same steps as outlined above.
